Mix reviews on this one!They came out and found the problem the engineer was friendly and couldn’t fault there work,The work was all arranged by my builder for eco drain solutions to come in and find the problem but there was a problem with the builder paying eco drain solutions, which then led to manny from eco drain solutions ringing me up and threating legal action against myself, when it wasn’t my responsibility! I didn’t call them there was no contract (on paper or verbally ) bit of a stressful few days and unpleasant experience, he was also rather rude on the phone swearing and I just wasn’t getting anywhere. Long story short, the builder eventually paid them and I then recieved a message saying I no it wasn’t your fault! But you was threating to take legal action the day before 🤷♂️Just be carful
Can’t recommend this company highly enough!Only contacted Manny last night and he was round at 9am on a Bank Holiday and had the problem sorted in under an hour.Using modern CCTV technology, Manny found the issue (a piece of ceramic from a plant pot or similar was lodged in a pipe!) and then flushed it out with a high pressure jet.We had no idea what the problem was, but knew it wasn’t something we could just leave, so a rogue trader could have easily ripped us off. Luckily Manny was a true gentleman and his prices were very reasonable.If you have any drainage problems be sure to give Manny a call.
